How much is shipping?
100% free for U.S. orders. We are excited to now offer shipping to Canada for a $10 flat rate.
When can I expect my order?
The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, the type of artwork, and when you place it. We strive to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Original artwork: your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Wallpaper: orders ship in 1-2 weeks.
Prints: orders ship in 3-5 business days. For framed prints: 3-12 business days.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
If your package requires a signature, we are not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages, and/or packages requiring signatures that were not picked up from access points in a timely manner. In the case a package is refused and/or returned to us, the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.
Please note shipping timeframes can differ during busy holiday seasons.
Return Policy:
All paintings, prints, fabric by the yard, wallpaper, gift cards, and sale items are final sale. Due to the time of production and originality of these items, all sales are final for these items-no exceptions.
All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.
If you are not completely satisfied with your home and gift purchase, you may request your item for either 1) a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order or 2) an exchange for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund or exchange, all merchandise approved for return should be returned in its original condition and must be shipped back within 7 days of the return approval date. Refunds/replacements cannot be arranged until we have received and inspected the returned order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the customer must pay shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging an item. We strongly advise to use a trackable mail service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your return is processed, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card or send the exchanged items.
